Messe München GmbH accepts no claims to liability and damages arising because of faulty or incorrect entries or stand numbers, or because an entry has been omitted accidentally, regardless of whether the fault or error is attributable to the exhibitor’s documentation, the late submission of the entry or to the editing of the list of participants.
Messe München GmbH does not examine the advertisements placed by exhibitors and other advertisers in this Internet database and is not liable under any aspect of law - with particular regard to the law on competition - for the content of any advertisements published in this Internet database. The same applies to the entries listed under the names of the respective exhibitors; the exhibitors concerned are solely responsible for the placement and content of these entries.
